Privacy By Design

We built UtilityGhar to solve a specific problem. We were tired of using tools that required us to upload sensitive documents, private settings, and personal images to unknown servers.

Zero Server-Side Storage

Unlike traditional web services, we do not store your files. We do not use databases or cloud storage buckets to collect user data.

When you format a document or edit an image on UtilityGhar, the processing happens locally within your web browser. When you click download, you are saving a file generated directly by your own computer.

No User Accounts

Utility tools should be accessible immediately. You do not need to create an account, verify an email address, or provide personal details to use our platform.

Because we do not require accounts, we do not build user profiles. Features like your recently used tools and dark mode preferences are saved securely in your browser's local storage. Only you have access to this data.

Analytics

We maintain over 150 tools. To allocate our development resources effectively, we monitor which tools receive the most usage. We rely on privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify individual users.

We monitor aggregate metrics. For instance, we track total page views per tool, device types (mobile versus desktop), and broad geographic regions.

We do not track individual user sessions. We never record your keystrokes, monitor your inputs, or view the contents of the files you process.

Verifiable Security

Because our tools execute locally, our code is fully transparent. You can open your browser's developer tools and inspect the network activity while using any tool.

If you compress an image or format a text block, you will observe that no file data is transmitted over the network. We encourage developers to independently verify our privacy claims.
